A leading global manufacturing firm in Nuevo León is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, lead development programs for operational staff, and implement efficiency measures. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and fluency in English are required. This full-time position offers opportunities for domestic relocation assistance and a five-day work week in-office model.

Job Summary

Oversee daily production operations at large or multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
  • Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and assure quality.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related to the field
  • Fluent English
