This role involves training newly hired Associates and experienced employees, conducting workshops, and developing content for effective learning experiences. Candidates should have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience and a solid background in instructional design and project management, along with excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 6-8 years of sales or sales enablement/training experience, ideally in a tech company.
• Ability to create and track meaningful metrics.
• Experience training users on ERP or financial systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Train new and experienced Associates in various delivery methods.
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training.
