About the Role

Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer. You will contribute to the Varicent Incentives platform—a modern, scalable web app—working closely with cross-functional teams to build features that enhance user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine features supporting client success and platform growth
• Collaborate within a knowledge-sharing team
• Utilize modern tools and open-source technologies
• Maintain and troubleshoot code

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of backend development experience, preferably with data-intensive systems
• Proficiency in one backend language (C#, Java, C++)
• Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and handling large data challenges
• Strong software design fundamentals and a passion for clean code
• Effective communication skills; English level B2+

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be based in Mexico
• Resumes should be submitted in English

Onboarding and Work Expectations

First 30 days: Familiarize with processes, participate in team meetings, complete small tasks.

First 60 days: Handle more complex tasks independently, improve troubleshooting skills, adhere to coding standards.

First 90 days: Deliver quality work on time, stay updated with industry trends, suggest process improvements.
