Executive Compensation Analysis: Develop and execute executive compensation analysis to support compensation strategy aligned with the company's goals, objectives, and culture.
Tools and Pricing: Create analytic tools to support the broader executive compensation team as well as cash flow modeling and analysis to evaluate current and future vesting holds for executives.
Benchmarking: Benchmark executive compensation programs including the Annual Performance Bonus Program
Support: Provide analysis and support to the compensation planning cycles including merit, bonus, and stock.
Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to perform financial analysis and forecasting related to executive compensation.
Communication and Education: Develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to improve employee understanding of executive compensation and foster engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Employee Success (HR), Payroll, Legal, Finance, Tax, and other teams to address executive compensation-related matters.
Reporting and Benchmarking: Prepare analytics on executive compensation metrics, trends, and driven positioning, providing insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
7+ years in compensation administration, design, and strategy, preferably in a large, global organization.
Experience in research and analysis related to the annual proxy statement.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze sophisticated data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in both English and Spanish
