Una empresa farmacéutica líder busca un Ingeniero de Aplicaciones en SAP QM para colaborar en un proyecto de soporte y mantenimiento SAP. Esta posición implica trabajar con un equipo diverso para resolver problemas de SAP y mejorar procesos en un entorno altamente personalizado. Se requiere un conocimiento profundo del módulo SAP QM y habilidades en comunicación en inglés y español. Formación

  • Experiencia en la configuración y mantenimiento de sistemas SAP.

Application Engineer in SAP QM for a world leading Pharmaceutical company which operates in over 100 countries and is headquartered in the United Kingdom. The candidate is expected to collaborate with a team of functional consultants for a large SAP support and maintenance project, spanning several SAP landscapes across continents.

The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in his/her domain and in-depth technical knowledge in SAP QM module and its integration points. The candidate is expected to be in a team of functional consultants for a large SAP support and maintenance project, spanning several SAP landscapes across continents.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users.
  2. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.
  3. Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements.
  4. Proactively work with business users for identifying and resolving recurring issues.
  5. Owner of certain niche processes within broader domain area e.g., interfacing to 3rd party systems like GQCLIMS, SAP Global Batch Traceability, 3PL, etc.
Mandatory Requirements
  1. In-depth functional understanding for QM and expert knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP systems.
  2. Experience in ECC and S4 systems.
  3. Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specifications.
  4. Good understanding of integration of SAP modules in end-to-end business processes.
  5. Ability to work in large and diverse teams.
  6. Aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Well versed in English and Spanish with good spoken and written skills.
  9. Proactive approach to problem solving.
Desirable Requirements
  1. Functional understanding of PM and/or PP configuration and maintenance of SAP.
  2. Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
  3. Exposure to highly customized SAP environments and working on interfaces with Non-SAP systems.
  4. Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.
  5. Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.
  6. Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements with working experience in a validated environment.
  7. Experience of various Estimation Techniques needed.
