Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Umán, YUC. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s range of industrial products. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing and following up on proposals, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries with exceptional service. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery is also a crucial part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on industrial materials or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis, identify sales opportunities, and devise strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of Tubería, Válvulas, Conexiones, and related industrial products is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills are a plus.
