Una empresa líder en soluciones empresariales busca un Especialista en Salesforce Experience Cloud para optimizar el sistema Salesforce. Buscamos a alguien con más de 4 años de experiencia y conocimientos en administración de Salesforce, así como habilidades en JavaScript y Apex. El puesto se ofrece en Veracruz, México, con un salario competitivo de $80,000 a $120,000 al mes y beneficios adicionales. Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en un turno de 8 horas.

Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist

We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce specialist to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce eco system.

In this role, your duties will include all steps from understanding business requirements to delivering the right solutions as well as keeping the platform error free and up to date.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintenance of myViega frontend based on Aura Build your own framework and related backend processes (e.g. flows).
  • Extension (configuration as well as development) of myViega customer portal with new functionalities, if required.
  • Ensure smooth salesforce updates by mitigating risks and identifying necessary changes in advance.
  • Holistic support of the Salesforce platform, with the modules Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and Experience Cloud , as a member of the Product Team in IT
  • Collaboration with other Product Teams with focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and SAP ERP Sales & Distribution
  • Consultation of the business regarding the functional design and creation of corresponding technical concepts as well as effort evaluations :
  • Adaptation and optimization of existing processes mapped via Salesforce as well as design and implementation of new processes in close coordination and cooperation with business units
  • Researching innovations and presenting new solution options or products to the product team and business unit stakeholders
  • Independent implementation through configuration (utilizing Salesforce declarative functionality) of the cloud environment as well as close coordination with external Salesforce developers :
  • Perform testing before handing over for user acceptance as well as creation and updating of technical documentations :
  • Ensuring high quality continuous improvement and rollout of new features by test guidance and release management

Support of users and key users in business through error analyses and technical problem solving in 2nd level and coordination of 3rd level support

Requirements :
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant - preferrable in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud :
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
  • 2+ years of using Experience Cloud , Aura Framework and in web development Professional competence in the process context of "Lead-to-Order" or "Service to Retention"
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration :
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles , managing Salesforce sharing model and maintaining user access :
  • Experience in the support and implementation of international rollouts :
  • Very good understanding and practical experience regarding current agile methods , process models and tools of modern software development
  • Independent and structured way of working and strong quality awareness :
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English as well as high customer orientation
  • Preferable skills in using following tools o basic experience in usage of code repositories (like BitBucket)
  • specific knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, Aura Framework, LWC and JavaScript are part of your common skill set
  • basic experience in ServiceNow (support and incident process)
  • basic knowledge Copado (requirements management, deployment and further DevOps activities)
