A leading virtual sales organization is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to oversee and ensure client satisfaction for multiple accounts. This full-time remote role requires a BA/BS degree, strong project management skills, and 1-2 years of account management experience. You will lead sales teams and ensure clients' expectations are met while fostering relationships. Your duty as a Strategic Account Manager will be to manage and ensure a First Class Experience and Results for 8‑12 Client Accounts, as well as oversee the daily operations of their sales teams, which can be composed of 1‑5 team members each. You will partner with the Vice President of Client Success to assist with the development and execution of daily activities and consistent strategies for improvement.
This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, and individual performance.
NOTE: This position is full‑time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere as long as you have full availability to be online during the required schedule.
