ABOUT THE ROLE

Your duty as a Strategic Account Manager will be to manage and ensure a First Class Experience and Results for 8‑12 Client Accounts, as well as oversee the daily operations of their sales teams, which can be composed of 1‑5 team members each. You will partner with the Vice President of Client Success to assist with the development and execution of daily activities and consistent strategies for improvement.

This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, and individual performance.

NOTE: This position is full‑time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere as long as you have full availability to be online during the required schedule.

YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE
  • Provide Client Satisfaction and ensure a long‑term and profitable business relationship.
  • Provide oversight and consultation to Sales Agents as it relates to success and results being achieved.
  • Ensure Sales Agents have the tools and resources needed to perform their role, and mentor them on strategy and sales techniques.
  • Act as the in‑house leader at all times by over‑communicating client’s expectations between Sales Agents, Senior Leadership, external stakeholders, and vice versa.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Lead and actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client.
  • Run quality assurance for Sales Agents and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Take Executive Action on Client Account operations.
  • Attend and contribute to department meetings and trainings.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
  • BA/BS required.
  • Native or near‑native level of English (C1–C2 Level).
  • 1‑2 years of Account Management experience required.
  • 1+ year in sales/marketing.
  • Leadership experience in a corporate, marketing, or life sciences environment preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Must have experience overseeing implementation or managing and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns as main client point of contact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
  • Future‑minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the omni‑channel Sales space.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite: Docs, Sheets (Excel), Slides, and other online softwares such as Slack, Zoom, Asana, CRMs and Social Media.
  • Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining profitable client relationships.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and inspire trust with team members.
PAY AND BENEFITS
  • Monthly Compensation Consists of:
  • Hours Worked (Full‑Time).
  • Direct percentage on revenue generated by clients.
  • Commissions on weekly definition of success being achieved by Sales Agents.
  • Direct percentage on cash collected from sales.
  • Bonuses on successful onboarding and launch of new Clients.
