Responsibilities

It is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the daily operations of food and beverage services (restaurants, bars, banquets) to ensure customer satisfaction, managing staff, inventory, budgets, menus, quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, being key in the logistics and diner experience.

Qualifications
  • Essential experience in the hotel industry
  • Advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years in the position
  • Must live in Mexico City
  • Knowledge of the Marriott brand
