A luxury resort in Bucerias is seeking a Restaurant Chef to elevate its culinary brand. You will be responsible for menu development, staff training, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef, culinary experience in established restaurants, and a passion for exceptional cuisine. Full flexibility is required for weekends and holidays.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned restaurants.
  • Full flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

  • Work with the Executive Chef to develop creative culinary proposals.
  • Assist with menu development and maintain recipe standards.
  • Order and receive products from vendors.
  • Coordinate training activities for kitchen and front-of-house associates.
