A leading analytical instrumentation company based in Mexico is seeking a qualified technical professional to troubleshoot and support complex instruments. The role involves delivering training to customers, documenting support activities comprehensively, and performing instrument installations. Candidates should have a strong background in engineering or physics with at least five years of technical experience, and proficiency in analytical instrumentation principles is required. Travel up to 50% across North America is expected.

Minimum 2- or 4‑year degree in an engineering, physics, electronics or related field from accredited university or college with multiple years in a technical role that demonstrates fulfillment of the above denoted knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Typically, this encompasses 5 years technical experience coupled with demonstrated leadership and skill progression.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
