A leading energy service provider is seeking an experienced candidate for a role in laboratory operations in Reforma, Chiapas. The ideal candidate will have a degree in STEM fields and over 3 years of experience in Stimulation, Cementing or Pumping Laboratory. Proficiency in running fluid tests and intermediate Excel skills are required. The position offers competitive compensation and full-time employment, emphasizing strict adherence to HSE standards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine research and experimentation at the direction of leaders.
• Documents progress in laboratory notebooks, reports, procedures, and designs.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, develops operational familiarity with the chemical hygiene plan and the current HSE laboratory safety standards. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties. Applies theories, principles and practices to the research and development of new and improved products, processes and procedures. Performs routine research and experimentation at the direction of Scientific Leader, Scientific Advisor and Team Leaders. Document progress in laboratory notebooks, reports, procedures and designs. Communicates occasionally with technical client personnel. Responds as directed by Scientific Leader, Scientific Advisor and Team Leaders to customers needs. Participates in professional societies. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM careers – Petroleum, Chemical, Eng., or similar.
• +3 years of verifiable experience in Stimulation, Cementing or Pumping Laboratory.
• Proficiency in running fluid tests in laboratory and field.
• Advanced English proficient.
