This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.
