The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for U.S.-based roles across a variety of functions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking groups, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct outreach and initial engagement with passive and active candidates to gauge interest and fit.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Accurately track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives through professional and timely communication.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role.

  • Prior experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred.
