Une entreprise mondiale, ABB, recherche un Service Account Manager pour rejoindre son équipe à Mérida, au Yucatán. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de propositions techniques et commerciales, tout en collaborant avec les équipes de développement de services. Vous devez avoir un diplôme en ingénierie et une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire, de bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Ce poste hybride vous permettra de contribuer aux solutions d'automatisation des processus essentielles.

Formación

• 5+ ans d'expérience en ingénierie des systèmes chez ABB ou un poste similaire.
• Pourquoi pas un passeport mexicain valide et un visa américain.
• Connaissance des offres de services d'ABB.

Responsabilidades

• Fournir des informations pour présenter les solutions d'ABB aux clients.

Denna position rapporterar till:

Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a cross functional team to gather technical and commercial input in developing Service offerings that demonstrate the value for a customer’s site. Prepare complete and accurate customer proposals that clearly state the included scope of supply and make recommendations to develop the installed base.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business unite in Merida.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide the Service Account Management staff with input and alternatives to best present and position ABB’s solution and offer to the customer.

• Coordinate with the Service business development team to continually stay up to date on the Service offering strategy and products. Inform Service management of changes in product design and strategy that may impact Service’s ability to sell and deliver.

• Develop and maintain standard estimating tools and proposal templates for most common requested offerings to increase customer responsiveness

• Review and analyze customer specifications to develop cost estimates that identify risks and costs associated with implementation of a project.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.

• 5+ Years experience required in an ABB System Engineering, Operations, Proposal Engineering or other similar position. ABB 800xA, Harmony, Master and Mod product knowledge and experience preferred.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills such as self-motivated, Innovative, Helpful problem-solving skills.

• Valid Mexican Passport and American Visa as a plus.
