  • Manage: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
  • English 90%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in customer service/program management.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
  • Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
  • Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard work time)
