Formación

• 5 or more years of production experience.
• 3 or more years of management experience.
• Thorough technical knowledge of the processes within respective production area(s).

Responsabilidades

• Manage associate time off and leaves to ensure productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates.
• Develop work crew through training and career development.
• Analyze attendance, output, and quality measures weekly.
• Coordinate training of new associates.
• Resolve personnel issues and enforce company policies.
• Communicate department status with management.
