A quality services provider is seeking a Production Control Specialist in Hermosillo, MX. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, ensuring supply chain management, and participation in stand-up meetings. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have excellent communication skills and flexibility for overtime and weekends. Compensation is $28 - $32 an hour.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Manufacturing experience in production control/electrical is preferred.

We are seeking Production Control Specialist in Hermosillo, MX. This would be a full‑time, six‑month position. The schedule is Mon‑Fri 2nd shift. Must have flexibility with a rotation of working OT/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and production control and have the ability to identify process constraints, quality issues, and production planning gaps
• Reviewing production plans to identify risks, including material and inventory shortages, production, inspection processes, and shipping logistics
• Part expediting is defined as on‑site Client representation to ensure the supplier is focused on the delivery of Client part numbers on time, to production schedule, and to the contracted quality and technical requirements
• Analyze production data
• Update ERP systems with accurate production and inventory information
• understand the process flow, programs/part numbers nomenclature, report out and escalation processes within a week
• Proactive participation in stand‑up meetings with Production, Quality and Leadership
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or High School +3 years of manufacturing experience (maquiladora).
• Bilingual, Spanish and English speaker
• Great communication skills
• Results oriented, People skills, great communication, leadership, sense of urgency, and proactive
• Manufacturing experience production control / electrical is preferred
• Excel proficiency
• Availability (overtime, weekends)
