A leading engineering and technology firm in Querétaro is seeking a strong Data Analyst to analyze complex data sets and enhance production lines. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with data visualization tools. This role offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in Shainin (RedX or similar), Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Job Description

Analyze complex data sets and solve critical problems across all production lines, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and problem-solving methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and problem-solving roles within manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shainin (RedX or similar), Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• Extensive understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of problem-solving methodology.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• English advanced
• Experience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams
