General responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing sales data
- Forecasting future sales and creating performance reports
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans
- Assisting with pricing and promotions analysis
- Monitoring key performance indicators and developing performance metrics
- Cross‑train the team on systems and maintain SOPs when applicable.
- Develop basic Excel tools including historical sales data and run ad‑hoc reporting requests enabling management to make accurate projections
- Monitor sales and stock trends
Requirements
- 2‑3 years of experience in a wholesale environment, apparel buying, planning, forecasting, inventory analysis or similar functions.
- 2‑3 years of experience working with sales, or a closely related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or comparable field.
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Experience in analysis of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is critical
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience reporting with an ERP system (Example: SAP, Full Circle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- USA valid VISA (required)
- Availability for occasional travel
Salary and benefits proposal
- Attractive salary range: $7, - $8, net weekly (to be negotiated).
- Hybrid mode (2 days in office / this may change at any time depending on the needs of the operation).
