About The Role

The ThousandEyes Partner Account Manager for Mexico will play a pivotal role in expanding and supporting our channel partner ecosystem across Latin America. As the first LATAM-based PAM, you will collaborate closely with Channel Sales and Marketing teams to build strong relationships with Global System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Value-Added Resellers. You will be responsible for developing and executing programs that enable partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver ThousandEyes solutions, while managing partner-generated opportunities and serving as the primary advocate for ThousandEyes within the partner community. This role is ideal for someone who is sales oriented, a go-getter and eager to execute our regional partner strategy to drive market growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive partner ecosystem growth by initiating new pipeline opportunities and collaborative programs across Cisco and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with partner leadership and internal teams to align on revenue goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead partner sales enablement, including product training, resource sharing, and developing ThousandEyes-specific selling skills.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and enablement events in the region.
  • Support technical integration efforts by connecting partner SEs and technical teams for pre- and post-sales activities with Managed Service Providers.
  • Analyze partner program performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update partner-facing resources, communication channels, and Salesforce data to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Advocate for partner engagement by organizing events, encouraging participation, and developing partner champions for ThousandEyes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic selling and detailed account planning.
  • Success in achieving sales quotas through joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking and SaaS solutions
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus)
