As an Operations Manager in our property management company, you will oversee and optimize operational processes, lead multiple departments, and ensure efficient day-to-day property management operations. This role focuses on building SOPs, implementing CRM systems, tracking KPIs, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will drive initiatives that improve tenant satisfaction, team performance, and overall business outcomes while supporting high-level marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs and operational workflows across departments.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable projects and ensure execution across teams.
- Lead property management teams, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
- Monitor day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and compliance with policies and legal regulations.
- Manage CRM systems to improve client and tenant communication, recordkeeping, and workflow efficiency.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee staffing, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on high-level strategies for property promotion and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role, preferably in property management.
- Proven experience in process development, SOP creation, and property operations management.
- KPI-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and property management software.
- Knowledge of policy management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and resilient, with strong ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to lead multiple departments and manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
