Your Role

• Researching and analyzing data including customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
• Designing products or systems for robotic control using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic principles and components.
• Participating in fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
• Coordinating operation, maintenance, and repair activities that optimize utilization of machines and equipment.
• Designing products and systems to interface machines, hardware, and software.
• Evaluating field installations and recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
• Contribute to design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3-4 years Mechanical Engineering related experience.
• 3-4 years of machine & product design experience usingSolid Works, Pro-E,orCatia.
• Proficient design skills inCAD/SolidWorkssoftware.
• Extensive experience indocumenting design reviews.
• Proficient atdocumenting requirements.
• Must have experience infinite Element Analysis.
• Experience usinghand calculations of stresses.
• Must have experience withGD&T.
• Proficient in using math software likeMatlaborMathcad.
• Familiar withfailure modesandeffects analysis.
• Understanding ofmanufacturing processes.
• FamiliarPatent Law.
• Understanding ofsoftware development.
• Familiar withSystems; Heavy Equipment; Hydraulics; Gearing and Motor.
• Proficient in English.
