A leading IT security company located in Mexico is seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies. You will work closely with sales teams to align marketing plans with business goals, deploy targeted campaigns, and measure their effectiveness. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of marketing experience, strong project management skills, and is proficient in both Spanish and English. This role offers exciting opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles including 3+ years in ABM.
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work extensively with sales accounts teams to define the appropriate ABM strategy and priorities for the selected accounts
  • Align closely with field marketing and sales to develop an Account Based Marketing Plan (Mainly One to One - One to Few) for a selected number of accounts : defining target persona within accounts, build messages that align to persona challenges and expected business outcomes, aligning stakeholders to deploy a multi-touch marketing plan
  • Deploy ABM campaigns across various channels that align to sales goals and influence decision makers across the buyer's journey.
  • Work cross-functionally with content marketing teams and / or external agency to produce targeted, personalized assets that engage and convince target accounts to move through the sales funnel.
  • Establish KPIs for ABM programs and partner with marketing operations to analyze and interpret key metrics / reports
  • Program Analysis, reporting and optimization - measure marketing programs effectiveness and gather insights to drive future business and product planning and refine marketing strategies.
  • Use of analytics tools to support strategy and enrich ABM programs
  • Educate sales teams on ABM campaigns and drive adoption
  • Work effectively with the local Field Marketing team, share best practices, optimize programs,
  • ROI and Budget management
Skills
  • 5+ year of experience in marketing roles with 3+ years of related ABM, enterprise demand generation marketing experience in the IT sector, preferably in IT security
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs and experience working with enterprise account teams
  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of and to continually optimize marketing plans
  • Successful history in developing and executing new ABM programs
  • ABM Software experience a plus (6 sense, Bombora, Madison Logic)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to build and improve processes
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Spanish and English languages, Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business led environment
