In this role, you will lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns that align with strategic goals. Accountabilities

  • Develop high‑quality marketing content including presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media presence with content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements for campaign ROI.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, databases, and contact lists to support efficient campaign management.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience managing marketing campaigns, content creation, or strategy.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate goals into actionable plans with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a persuasive and brand‑aligned voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high‑quality standards.
