A leading technology company is seeking a Consumer Research Specialist to analyze user behavior, develop research models, and provide insights to support product strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in consumer research and be proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods, with strong analytical skills in tools such as Excel, SPSS, and Power BI. Excellent communication and project management abilities are essential for this position.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related.
  • 5+ years of experience in market or consumer research.
  • Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Strong knowledge on Excel (SPSS, Power BI, will be a plus) with high level of analysis, also be familiar with Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Question Pro, etc.
  • Strong experience moderating qualitative dynamics (In-depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Pear Groups, etc.).
  • Able to independently deliver complete research projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Clear logical reasoning and strong learning ability (independent problem-solving skills).
  • Excellent and cross-functional communication.
  • Advanced English.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Consumer Research: Develop segmentation models for regional users, analyze core consumers’ consumption, usage, and lifestyle needs, and deliver insight reports to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Product Research: Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework that encompasses pre‑launch testing and post‑launch reviews. Assess product and marketing performance, extract key drivers, and provide optimization recommendations (e.g. design/configuration testing, product reviews).
  • Special Research: Design and carry out special research projects (e.g. experience touchpoint optimization, service process improvement). Apply scenario simulations and journey mapping to identify opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
  • Enablement & Support: Establish standardized research toolkits (survey templates, analytical models, etc.), conduct training and workshops to enhance the research capabilities of internal teams and partners, and ensure insights are effectively applied to business decisions.
