A leading manufacturing company in Santa Catarina seeks a CNC Programmer with a degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must optimize machining processes and troubleshoot CNC issues. This position requires intermediate to advanced English skills and involves a rotating work schedule with both day and night shifts.

Role Definition

Provides support on all aspects of production focus on CNC programming, cost, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, training of collaborators and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

What you will do

• Programming on language ISO with controls Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma P500, Mazatrol and others.
• Implement technologies to optimize machining process.
• Support on each step of machining process issues.
• Identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Identifying and addressing problem areas on the reliability of the equipment and process reliability
• Analyze, determine and implement engineering and process changes.
• Engineering Support required on planning, development, operation, maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Degree Requirement

Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Similar

Intermediate to Advanced English level is required

Additional Information

The location for this position Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon

This position will require domestic travel up to 5%

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (6:24am a 4pm) and Saturday (7am-2pm). Shift rotation availability is required. 1 week out of each month, the candidate will be required to work the night shift (10pm-6:24am).
