A global technology company is looking for an intern in Querétaro to support the administration of the spare parts warehouse, verify inventory, and assist technical teams in their daily operations. The ideal candidate is a student in electrical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics, with basic knowledge of standard office tools and familiarity with PLCs. This opportunity emphasizes hands-on experience in a diverse working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide feedback to technicians on form filling.
• Support administration of spare parts warehouse.
• Verify daily spare parts consumption according to inventory.
• Quote and buy materials for spare parts replenishment.
• Conduct weekly inventory to confirm stock.
• Update monthly expense control and notify budget exceedances.
• Generate weekly attendance list for HR.
• Update department's internal organizational chart.
• Print and capture preventive maintenance records.

Conocimientos

Basic knowledge in Standard Office Tools

Knowledge of electricity

Knowledge of pneumatics

Knowledge of hydraulics

Familiarity with PLC's Allen Brandley and Siemens

Educación

Student of electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics or similar

Responsibilities:

• Feedback to the technicians on the correct filling of the forms in case the iinformation is not be clear.
• Support in the adminsitration of spare parts warehouse.
• Verify daily consumption of spare parts used by the technics according to inventory control.
• Quote and buy materials for the replenishment of spare parts in the spare parts warehouse and keep control over maximum and minimum of each material.
• Conduct a weekly inventory of at least a rack to confirm stock (electronic vs real)
• Updade of monthly expens control, monitor the monthly expenditure and notify in case of exceeding the established budget.
• Generate weekly attendance list for overtime pay and others. Deliver list to the H.R. area.
• Generate and update the department's internal organizational chart.
• Print monthly preventive maintenance for the corresponding month, capture the maintenance performed and update the annual preventive maintenance program.

Qualifications:

Student of electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics of similar.

Basic knowledge in Standard Office Tools

PLC's Allen Brandley and Siemens.

Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics
