About the Role

Parikh Financial is looking for a

  • part-time M&A Analyst
  • to assist in evaluating small business acquisitions.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess small business acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Support due diligence, coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
  • Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in deal negotiations and structuring investment terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, valuation methods).
  • Understanding of M&A due diligence and transaction processes.
  • Ability to work independently on a project-based schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with small business acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with GAAP financial statements and EBITDA adjustments.
  • Background in Transaction Advisory Services or Consulting.
