The Position

目标与计划管理

• 基于区域生态群属地策略，制定本生态圈发展目标，并对目标的负责实施计划和跟进有效性
• 分析区域业务，发现机会及风险，并率领团队共同制定并执行相应计划

客户管理与区域合作

• 率领团队与客户建立广泛的合作和信任，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动
• 同生态圈合作伙伴合作，提高当地生态圈医疗质量，提升患者获益
• 和准入团队合作提升区域内治疗药物的可及性。

团队管理

• 参与制定区域生态群人员及业务管理计划，并率领团队执行相应计划
• 吸引、招聘、辅导和发展生态圈各角色职能的团队成员，实现生态圈人才的复合性发展
• 打造绩效和影响为先的团队氛围，创新工作模式，以实现公司愿景

财务和合规管理

• 分配并管理公司资源、预算以实现生态圈目标
• 确保业务开展符合公司和国家合规要求，通过必要的合规培训，以身作则和监管，打造一个合规的工作环境

工作经验
