Formación

  • Personal Injury experience is a plus.

We’re Hiring: Legal Support Specialist – Pre-Litigation Support (LST)

We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist – Pre-Litigation Support (LST) to join our team remotely. This role is critical in ensuring case files are accurately prepared, properly organized, and compliant, supporting Case Managers in early-stage workflows.

As part of the LST team, you’ll focus on precision, consistency, and execution of intake-level and administrative tasks, contributing to workflow continuity and operational growth.

Schedule:
  • Remote position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake-level case setup in SmartAdvocate
  • Request and track police reports and investigative documents
  • Upload, label, and index documentation per firm standards
  • Draft and send standard correspondence using templates
  • Execute WorkPlan tasks with strict compliance
  • Flag missing or inconsistent information to Case Managers
  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic files
  • Collaborate with IT/onboarding teams for system readiness
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in legal support, intake, or administrative workflows
  • Personal Injury experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/document handling
  • Familiarity with case management systems (SmartAdvocate preferred)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and checklists
  • Professional communication and organizational skills
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with standardized workflows
