Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a similar production supervisory role is desirable.
• Familiar with assembly practices for disconnectors and reclosers.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with the production plan.
• Distribute tasks to production personnel based on workloads.
• Ensure correct allocation of resources and monitor KPIs.
• Supervise technical and operational staff on the production line.
