A leading automotive parts retailer in Mexico is seeking a Finance Team Leader to manage the Accounts Payable DataZone team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the accuracy of payments, and implementing process improvements. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and SQL. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
The Finance Team Leader manages the daily operations of the Accounts Payable DataZone team by closely monitoring the activities and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI). Identifies and satisfies training requirements, ensures excellent communication with internal and external customers, and has a clear understanding of how the Accounts Payable department works to ensure timely payments. Cross-trains on various AP functions.
