A leading Spanish-language media company in CDMX is seeking a Sr. Director, Sales to oversee content licensing activities across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in media distribution, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role requires managing strategic relationships and maximizing content value through complex licensing agreements. Key responsibilities include leading sales efforts, negotiating deals, and providing strategic input to senior management.

Formación

  • 10+ years of experience in content licensing, media distribution, or international sales.
  • Strong track record of negotiating and closing complex multi-platform content deals.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and oversee all content licensing sales efforts across Latin America.
  • Negotiate and close complex licensing agreements across multiple platforms.
  • Provide strategic input to the SVP of Content Licensing.

Conocimientos

10+ years of experience in content licensing
Strong track record of negotiating complex deals
Deep understanding of Latin American media landscape
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong project management and organizational abilities

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in business, Media, Communications
Master’s degree as a plus
