A dental materials company is seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Latin America. This role involves managing B2B activities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in dental materials and is fluent in Spanish and English. Frequent travel is expected for trade shows and distributor meetings.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience with dental materials or restorative products.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM dental landscape, including distribution networks.
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the region.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinics.
  • Oversee and support local distributors.
  • Travel throughout the region to attend trade shows and meet distributors.
