The Role:
We are hiring Bilingual HR Generalist for our Querétaro location. This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company adheres to Mexican Labor Law and IMSS regulations , as well as managing payroll data, HR reports, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and professional team player with a strong grasp of labor law and the ability to partner with management to drive company culture and initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Compliance & Administration: Act as the primary point of contact for HR administration, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFA) and IMSS regulations. You'll manage internal processes, policies, and procedures, while also handling administrative tasks like purchasing, permits, and payroll data entry.
- Talent Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, new hire onboarding, training, and terminations. You will also be the main contact for employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation.
- Strategic & Cultural Support: Partner with the management team on strategic initiatives, attend management meetings, and provide legal advice to support key decisions. You'll be instrumental in developing and promoting our company culture through events, employee roundtables, and effective internal communication.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize HRIS and data to prepare and analyze reports, providing valuable insights to leadership to inform departmental and organizational development.
What You’ve Done:
- Experience: 2+ years proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a strong understanding of core HR functions.
- Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mexican Labor Law is essential to advise management and ensure compliance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS are required.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.

Work modality: On-site with 2 days of remote work per week, CDMX Polanco

Language requirement: Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written, for reporting and calls)
Key Responsibilities:
- Procced and operate the end-to-end client employee’s hiring process including on boarding & off boarding, work visa , reimbursement process etc.
- Keeping Client Daliy Communication and Client service delivery as client contact window.
- Payroll process (monthly, semimonthly, weekly) for multiple clients in Mexico
- Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws in Mexico
- Collaborate with Clients’ finance, legal, and HR departments to resolve issues, audits, and special requests. Answering client all the inquiries and guideline client all the feedback.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance indicators (KPIs) established with clients.
- Lead the onboarding and kick off of new clients for EOR projects
- Management of different vendor for making sure the hiring process is smoothly
- Stay up to date with changes in labor and tax legislation
- Use BIPO Platform and Payroll calcultion system to double check and review payroll

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mexico Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll operations
- Proven experience managing payroll and local Statury Benefits in Mexico
- Strong knowledge of labor and tax regulations in Mexico
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Meta4, SAP, ADP, Runacetc.).
- Intermediate to advanced English for face to face client communication (required for regional client communication).
- Looking for someone extremely organized, urgent, accountable, and able to multitask under pressure.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in outsourcing or shared services environments.
- Certification in payroll and Mexico labor law.
- Familiarity with ERP integration and automation tools.
- Has Similar Global/ Local Payroll company’s work experience.
Salary Range:
BIPO will offer the home office internet and Phone allowance to candidates as additional bonus.
And there will be one month’s annual performance bonus, but it should be depended on employee’s performance and company decision in April of each year .
Prefer the candidate has good English communication skill and has similar work experience in the same industry especially about EOR work experience.
Service Delivery Specialist
The Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end client’s project employee hiring, payroll operations for multiple clients across in Mexico. This role ensures full compliance with local regulations, accuracy in payroll processing, and timely delivery in accordance with client-specific agreements. The position is also key in driving continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and managing a cross-functional team.
