Koerber WMS Developer Hybrid - CDMX (Benito Juarez) or Guadalajara

About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Koerber WMS Developer with strong expertise in warehouse management systems, SQL, and logistics operations. The role involves application support, minor enhancements, and new warehouse implementations. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of WMS experience, advanced English, and problem-solving skills to contribute in a hybrid work model in Mexico City or Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and minor enhancements in Koerber WMS.
• Work in a hybrid model during US business hours (Mon–Fri).
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical issues (P1/P2).

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in WMS tools (preferably Koerber).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse & Logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience in SQL database troubleshooting, indexing, performance optimization, automation.
• Strong skills in PL-SQL, SSRS, Koerber reports development and enhancements.
• Experience implementing and building new warehouses.
• End-to-end exposure to picking, packing and shipping modules.
• Ability to build and enhance interfaces (API, XML, JSON).
• Knowledge of Advantage Architect development.
• Familiar with Koerber Page editor and Zebra Label Printing solutions.
• Good to have: experience in Labor and Yard Management modules, or .NET technologies.
• Preferred: Koerber Warehouse Advantage certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
• Advanced English (minimum B2 level)
