A venture builder is seeking an Investor Relations professional to oversee investor communications and manage the CRM system. This remote role based in LATAM requires 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong skills in managing investor relations and project management tools. Compensation

$4,000-$5,000 a month.

Overview

As the Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in investor communications, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless operations across our investor pipeline.

You will lead efforts to enhance CRM systems, oversee investor outreach, and act as the key liaison between Mahway's internal teams and its investors.

Your expertise will be essential in supporting Mahway's ambitious growth trajectory.

Required Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and managing investor communications.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with investor outreach, relationship management, and maintaining investor pipelines.
  • You can manage financial data and metrics, including cap tables.
  • You understand K-1 filings, financial reports, and investor documentation including internal share documents.
  • Fluent in English.

  • You can expertly manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and optimize investor communication and engagement.
  • You can walk through financial data and metrics, including cap tables.
  • You can use project management tools to organize and streamline operations.
  • You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage investor updates and reports.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and coordinate investor relations while ensuring back-office operations run smoothly.
