A leading inventory management company in Tijuana is seeking an experienced professional in inventory accuracy and control. The role involves conducting cycle counts, auditing shipments, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in inventory control, strong organizational skills, and effective communication in English. This position ensures high accuracy rates in inventory management and operational support.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations; apparel/e-commerce preferred.
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow and enforce SOPs.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled cycle counts for both blank garments and finished goods to maintain >99% accuracy.
• Audit incoming shipments against purchase orders to confirm correct quantities, styles, colors, and sizes.
• Support root-cause investigations to prevent repeat discrepancies.

Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Conduct scheduledcycle countsforbothblankgarmentsandfinished goodsto maintain >99%accuracy.
• Audit incoming shipments against purchase ordersto confirm correct quantities, styles, colors, and sizes.
• Identify, document, and escalate inventorydiscrepancies for resolution.
• Support root-cause investigations to preventrepeat discrepancies.

Compliance Auditing

• Verify that all wholesale orders meetcustomer-specific compliance guidelinesbeforeshipment.
• Check that outbound orders are correctlylabeled, packaged, and documented for carrier requirements.

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate, organized records of allcycle counts, audits, and QC inspections.
• Participate in process improvement initiativesto increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support fulfillment accuracy checks during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience ininventory control or warehouse operations; apparel/e-commerce preferred.
• High attention to detail with the ability tofollow and enforce SOPs.
• Basic proficiency in inventory software, WMS/IMSsystems, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods and liftup to 40 lbs.
