The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-up.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, production, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the Sales Manager regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
