Candidates should have experience in sales or marketing within the medical devices sector and possess strong interpersonal skills alongside advanced English proficiency. Formación

  • Experience in regional leadership positions and collaboration with country leaders.

  • Background in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sectors.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the establishment of a new area within Stryker Mexico, covering Medical and Surgical, Orthopedics, Medical, and Neurovascular Business Units.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to integrate and optimize sales solutions offered by Stryker, focusing on achieving business goals.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and cooperation for overall business success.
  • Work confidentially with various business units to define customer segmentation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Undertake the task of building the new business area from scratch, contributing to innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with international directors from relevant business units, maintaining confidentiality in interactions.
  • Drive global expansion by nurturing relationships with clients and partners, emphasizing Stryker's unique value propositions.
  • Develop and manage business planning processes, ensuring alignment of strategies and resource optimization across departments.
What You Will Need
  • Previous experience in Regional Positions and contact with other Regional or Country leaders.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Advanced English skills are required.
  • Strong background in Sales, Marketing, or Product areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries.
