Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships
Conduct on‑site visits and recommend tailored solutions
Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems
Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes
Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage
Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts
Book travel and submit expense reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting
Valid drivers license & clean driving record
Self‑motivated with strong home‑office discipline
In the field sales visits - 3 to 4 days a week
Overnight Travel (50%)
2 years in sales or application engineering (industrial or MRO preferred)
CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Detail‑oriented with a consultative approach
Reliable vehicle for business travel
