Descripción de la vacante

A leading company in import/export operations is seeking a candidate to ensure control and traceability of temporarily imported materials. Responsibilities include managing the Bill of Materials and supporting trade compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum of 1 year in a related position is preferred.

Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position; 2 years preferred.
  • Proven results in import/export operations.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure accurate control and traceability of all temporarily imported materials.
  • Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for products involving temporary imports.
  • Maintain accurate control of SKU numbers.
  • Manage customs broker inventory.
  • Support the Trade Compliance Coordinator with audits and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate control and traceability of all temporarily imported materials under the IMMEX program, maintaining proper registration of their entry, use in production, and return/export to comply with customs and trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for products involving temporary imports.
  • Maintain accurate control of SKU numbers with different countries of origin.
  • Manage customs broker inventory to ensure proper alignment with Annex 24.
  • Download and process invoices, applying manual adjustments when necessary to correctly reflect the country of origin in each export.
  • Support the Trade Compliance Coordinator with audits, reconciliations, and documentation updates related to import/export activities.

Knowledge / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Customs, or a related field.
