Ingredion is looking for a passionate and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation, benefits, and mobility services. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality Total Rewards services that support our global workforce and business goals.

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility services, and leave of absence programs. You will lead a team and collaborate with the Total Rewards CoE to implement and manage Total Rewards strategies across the organization.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources Shared Services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Total Rewards team, ensuring consistent and effective daily operations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility, and leave of absence programs.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards CoE to implement strategic initiatives and policy changes.
  • Manage escalated inquiries and policy exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Total Rewards regulations and internal policies.
  • Support reporting and analytics related to Total Rewards programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and support improvements in systems, tools, and processes based on operational insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation, benefits program design, and Total Rewards tools and processes.
