Ingredion is looking for a passionate and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation, benefits, and mobility services. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality Total Rewards services that support our global workforce and business goals.
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility services, and leave of absence programs. You will lead a team and collaborate with the Total Rewards CoE to implement and manage Total Rewards strategies across the organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources Shared Services.
