Formación

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations by managing daily tasks efficiently and fostering a positive employee experience within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Address inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • HR Information Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Offboarding & Exit Management: Ensure proper documentation and clearance during offboarding.
