A global leader in technology seeks an Application Engineer for its Graphics Markets division in León, Guanajuato. You will guide brand owners and channel partners while providing training on self-adhesive films and other solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in Polymer science, chemistry, or material science, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. This role involves traveling domestically and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective product application and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Educational background in Polymer science, chemistry, or material science.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Understand 3M’s offerings to achieve division objectives.
• Meet with brand owners and guide them on products.
• Train customers in applying 3M products correctly.
• Lead technical engagement with key stakeholders.
• Deliver training to various audiences.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively.
