Role Summary
Job Description: creates and produces marketing materials including proposals, presentations, and collateral focused on new acquisitions and community outreach. Reporting to Office Leadership and the Marketing Leader, the role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work through close collaboration with technical teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across print and digital platforms.
- Design and edit PowerPoint presentations, templates, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and technical staff, to integrate cohesive design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, including large-format outputs and press-ready materials.
- Perform image retouching, color correction, and artwork adjustments based on specifications.
- Create and revise layouts, typesetting, and cover designs, especially for publishing projects.
- Produce mock-ups, prototypes, and presentation materials for internal and client review.
- Follow internal workflows, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Language
- Proficient in English (B2–C1 level) — strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with experience in the automotive industry or a marketing/advertising agency.
- Proven ability to deliver digital design projects with creativity and technical skill.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of typography, font usage, layout composition, and color theory.
- Experience importing text and graphics into publishing software and preparing files for print and digital publishing.
- Ability to adjust text properties such as size, spacing, and column width.
Design & Editorial Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise and visual storytelling.
- Copyediting and proofreading skills with attention to editorial quality.
- Understanding of publishing processes for both print and digital formats.
Organizational & Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
