A leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico City is seeking an Imports Analyst to oversee international shipments and ensure compliance with customs regulations. The role involves reviewing and filing documentation related to imports, supervising customs broker activities, and maintaining accurate operational reports. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related fields and at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in English at a minimum of 50% is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in customs operations or international transportation.
• Proficiency in English at 50% or above.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise customs broker activities ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Compile, review and file import product paperwork.
• Coordinate inland transportation and resource availability.
• Review and track customs agent expenses and payments.

Conocimientos

Verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Mexican General Customs Law

Basic knowledge of international transportation

Advanced computer skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related fields
