Overview

The Human Resources Manager will lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for a fast-growing technology firm in Mexico City. This role ensures optimal talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and culture-building efforts in a dynamic and competitive tech environment.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and innovation

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies

  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and a strong company culture

  • Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning

  • Support professional development and training programs

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning

  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with discretion


Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience in tech or fast-paced industries

  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices

  • Strong communication skills (English & Spanish)

  • Proven ability to implement scalable HR systems and processes

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
