Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for a fast-growing technology firm in Mexico City. This role ensures optimal talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and culture-building efforts in a dynamic and competitive tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and innovation
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a strong company culture
- Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning
- Support professional development and training programs
- Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience in tech or fast-paced industries
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Proven ability to implement scalable HR systems and processes
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
