Position Title: General Manager of Mexico Factory

Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary General Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our factory in Mexico. This role requires extensive manufacturing experience to lead the team in achieving optimal production efficiency, cost control, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the factory, aligning business objectives with the company’s overall strategy.
2. Optimize production processes, enhance product quality, reduce costs, and strengthen market competitiveness.
3. Manage daily operations, including production scheduling, human resource allocation, and equipment maintenance.
4. Strengthen financial management, effectively control costs, improve financial performance, and ensure profitability.
5. Establish and maintain good relationships with local governments, customers, and suppliers to facilitate business development.
6. Lead team-building efforts, enhance employee skills and morale, and foster a positive corporate culture.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior management position in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in factory operations management and possess excellent financial control abilities.
3. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate internationally without barriers.
4. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
5. In-depth understanding of the electromechanical and precision machining industry, familiar with international market dynamics.
