A German logistics company is looking for a Head of Air Product to drive sales and develop strategies in Tequisquiapan, Mexico. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be fluent in English. This role involves evaluating market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and coordinating trade activities.

Formación

  • At least 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles in Freight Forwarding.
  • Advanced English Level (B1).
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive actions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluating market opportunities and target accounts
  • Developing bilateral sales strategy for our products (Air, Sea, Land)
  • Benchmarking
  • Elaboration + follow up of call reports
  • Elaboration + transmission of quotations
  • Strategic procurement activities
  • Coordinating all trade related sales activities
  • Realization of consignee sales campaigns
  • Elaboration of monthly status reports
  • Visiting fairs + exhibitions, Representation in chambers
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles in Freight Forwarding or Forwarder
  • Advanced English Level is a must (B1)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
